Whether unhappy with their career, their physical appearance or their personal life, many of my clients come to me frustrated, desperate and depressed.

Many of them struggle to get up in the morning. They peel themselves off their bed and drag themselves to a job they hate.  As the day goes by they get bored, and frustrated by people and things. By the time they get back home they are mentally exhausted. They bury themselves in their sofa and watch tv for hours. They promised themselves they would go to the gym but have no energy or motivation to do it. They have dinner on the couch, drink alcohol to help them relax, watch some more tv and fall asleep. They reluctantly wake up the following day to repeat it all again. 

Do you know anyone like that?

Their body posture gives it away. They
tend to slouch, avoid eye contact and their movements are slow.  

They want to get out of this routine but don't know how to.
They lack the energy, confidence and motivation to improve their lives.  And wait for it...

If you want to wake up in the morning alert and invigorated, walk with a spring on your step, think more clearly and resourcefully, and get more done in your day...  then you need to create more energy.

Sitting on an office chair or a couch for the best part of the day is not going to do it. Motion creates energy. The more active you are the more energy you will have.

If you want to improve your life, you must feel comfortable enough with yourself that nothing and no one can make a dent to your self-esteem.

When you are confident and have lots of energy, getting yourself  motivated to take action is so much easier. And getting what you want can be an exciting and enjoyable experience!
